Cross references using "pageref".

Hello, I am trying to convert a word doc which uses cross references to page numbers (Word fieldname "Pageref"). I can't get word-2-chm to convert these to hyperlinks, it only seems to convert cross references to section numbers or headings. Is there a way round this?

The page numbers will be disabled in the HTML (CHM).
So no way to fix this issue.

The Word reference within the field is not actually to the page number though, it is just to a bookmark on the page. So I don't see why you couldn't do this. A section cross-ref looks like this: { REF _Ref149377976 \h \r } and a page cross-ref to the same bookmark looks like this: { PAGEREF _Ref149377976 \h } Word-2-CHM converts the first but ignores the second. In the word doc one displays as the section number, and the other as the page number which that section is on. Anyway I have got round the problem by changing them to refer to the section number and the page number.
