Using the "Cross-reference to hyperlink" option, references to chapters and figures become hyperlinks, which is great for navigating, and looks really professional. As the caption for a table usually appears above a table, it works great for tables too. However, for figures (pictures), the caption generally appears below the figure. This means that when you click on the hyperlink, the page scrolls so that the caption is at the top of the page, and so the image itself is above the top of the page and not visible! So my feature request is: Any chance of adding an option that puts the anchors for figures above the image rather than on the caption itself?
