These items dont have a page associated. In the standard CHMviewer clicking these items has no result, but the CHM 2 Web Converter shows a 404 page.    Report

And the generated Web help by CHM-2-Web Pro supports full-text search like CHM. You will get it after you try it yourself. :)    Report
