Any way to get search to set URL of <content> frame to first result in search results list

OK. Here's another one!
Is there any way to get Search to set the URL of the frame to the URL of the first result in the list (whether searching via the dialog or directly via the URL), rather than the last page visited?
I imagine it would require a tweak to the Javascript in HelpSearch.js, but my JavaScript skills are insufficient...
