Displaying selected topic contents list using context sensitive help

I am using context sensitive help in my application and am opening certain pages in my help file from my application code. I noticed that the contents portion of the help window always has the first topic selected and does not indicated in the tree in which topic the opened page is located.

Is there a way to display the location of the opened page in the contents tree when directly opeening a page from my code?

In the CHM options of Word-2-CHM, did you keep the option "Auto Sync" in the section "Navigation Panel" checked?
This option will synchronize the content page and the topic tree automatically.
