Support for Windows 7 64-bit and Custom Theme

I've upgraded my system from Vista 32-bit to Windows 7 64-bit. While Word2-CHM worked great in Vista, I can't get it to fully work in Windows 7. This is a full re-install of Word2-CHM 2009, latest version.
Word2-CHM 2009 seems to run fine, and the generated chm file has the correct table of contents, but just a small red "X" in a square in the contents pane when using my own Theme. There are no errors reported. When I switch to use the default Theme it works fine. I Then switched back and same problem occurs.
My theme directory is copied from the Vista system, and all the files appear correct in this directory. I've also validated each image (2) in the directory are valid. On Vista it has no problems and builds correctly. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong or is it something to do with Windows 7?

Thank you for reporting the issue to us.
Would you like to send us the theme and/or a sample document and/or some screen-shots to point out that?
You could send them to

, the message will help us to locate the issue, thanks.

Thank you very much for the attached files.
We've tested for that.
Did you copy the FW_*.png, FW_*.gif which used in the theme to the UserImages folder?

Thanks for the fast response and perfect answer!
I hadn't copied the UserImages file with my images. Once copied, it works perfectly, so there is no issue with Windows 7 64-bit, just user error.
Not sure if it's possible, but if you can detect missing images, it might be worth a warning message when building the CHM. I suspect this might be difficult if coming from a custom theme, but maybe you know a way!
