I am currently evaluating your product and I would like to know if it is possible
to include some javascript code in the word document ?
(Ie: can I include raw text in the document which will not be parsed by word-2-web ?)

The answer is yes.

Will the raw text appears on every topics or just on the specified topic?

If the answer is the former, modify the template is recommended.

If the answer is the latter, it can be done by extending the Media File add-in easily.
