How to get rid of Figures that show up at the same level as chapters

Howdy,
I am trying to use Word to CHM converter and I have the Pro version. From the Word doc, when I generate the CHM, I see Figures show up at the same level as Chapters. I just want Chpaters to show up. Any suggestions wher I might be going wrong? Somethign with Table of Contectnts of my Word Doc?

Please switch to Outline View or show the Document Map in Word and you will see the figures in the topic tree. Demote them to normal text will solve the problem.
