Exclude topics from converted help

Hi
I would like to use your system to provide help for my desktop application.
I want to dynamically exclude some parts of help, depending on the options selected by user. My program can modify files used by Word2web after conversion, such as HelpCommonData.js, but I cannot invoke Word after the user selected their desired options.
Can you tell me which files I should modify and in what way?
Is there a template that would make my job easier, eg have fewer files to modify or have the files in an easier-to-parse form?

All xxxxData.js files should be modified currently.
