I am evaluating the Word 2 Web tool to detemine if it will be appropriate for a project in which we want to convert many existing policies and procedures from Word 2007 to html for viewing in our Sharepoint based intranet. I like what I see so far when I convert 1 file, but it is not clear to me if i can use this to create a master table of contents for all of the documents. Is this possible?
Also, what are the recommended approaches for uploading and managing multiple files? should each converted file be kept in its own folder stucture? or can they be combined somehow?

Thanks
Dean

Dear Dean,

Thanks for your message.

Using master and sub-documents, you could convert multi-files into one web help easily.
