Dear guys, It seems that issue with MSBuild poped up again when we created a master document to combine our help files into one. Please add the following command line in MSBuild before invoke Word-2-CHM:                 tasklist >> somepath\plist.txt After the build is done, open the plist.txt to see if there is WinWord.exe in it.    Report
