10-27-2010, 2:02 AM superyms Joined on 05-22-2008 Posts 94 features that will make your solution even better !! hi, i think that you have to add those features to word2web ultimate 2010 in order to make better than other solutions : as standard : 1/ make it all unicode...i mean the application itself (so if we write in Arabic or other non Latin languages it will not be tun into "?????" characters...also in the same way use utf-8 as charset for all generated page...(i have already sent you links about utf-8 and javascript). 2/ improve really the quality of html and css (i think it's very important) : respect of standards, avoid repetition of styles, ... and as pro options : 3/ generate : xml or sql databases to be used/created instead of javascript arrays only (it will be nice to have those files generated separately). 4/ about search, when there is not result (no matches) why use this ugly box saying only in English : no matches found and we have to click ok i propose you to : - use new lightboxes (many on web based on jquery, mootools, prototype, or even in directly in javascript without using libraries), and include a message that we could write by ourselves in settings as for the copyright message.. - directly inside the text field (where results should be shown) directly display the message we also write directly in settings... 5/ activate a reverse function, i mean from web to word, i mean if i have generated a web help i think it would be nice to generate from it again the word document...sometimes we lost the word original files, it would be nice to rebuilt them as we have already everything...may be this could come later it is not urgent...but quite interesting thank you for all your works !! bye.    Report
