01-28-2011, 7:02 AM csLori Joined on 01-28-2011 Posts 2 Help file opens in Word rather than in a browser Using Word-2-Web 2009 Professional on a Windows Vista laptop. Starting just today, when I create a help system and click "View" to view it, it opens in WORD, rather than in Internet Explorer. Any ideas what's causing this? Thanks!    Report

I think the file extension has been associated to Word, but not browser such as IE or Firefox. Please try Word to Web Ultimate 2011 which built in a mini-web-browser may solve your problem.
