Error when clicking "Config" to configure template

Using Word-2-Web 2009 Professional on a Windows Vista laptop.

Whenever I click the "Config" button to adjust the settings in the template, I get a message staing "The specified module could not be found," and I cannot modify the template at all.

Macrobject support said they have no idea what is causing the problem and, of course, suggested I do the usual: completely uninstall/reinstall the product (which I did), and run my anti-virus software (which I did).

We JUST upgraded from the standard edition to the professional edition ... but the app is useless to me at this point.

Can ANYONE help?

We heard this problem at first time.
So waiting for you online so we could remote access to locate the issue.
