01-28-2011, 7:01 AM csLori Joined on 01-28-2011 Posts 2 Error when clicking "Config" to configure template Using Word-2-Web 2009 Professional on a Windows Vista laptop. Whenever I click the "Config" button to adjust the settings in the template, I get a message staing "The specified module could not be found," and I cannot modify the template at all. Macrobject support said they have no idea what is causing the problem and, of course, suggested I do the usual: completely uninstall/reinstall the product (which I did), and run my anti-virus software (which I did). We JUST upgraded from the standard edition to the professional edition ... but the app is useless to me at this point. Can ANYONE help? Thanks!    Report
