Mircrosoft HTML Help error/Access violation

Hi
We downloaded us a trial-Version (I think it was 2009), and everything was fine.
So, we bought the 2010-Version. Now, we get 2 errors, when we want to make chm-file out of our word-Handbooks:
First error is a windows-error which say "Mircosoft HTML Help Compiler doesn't work anymore" (or somethink like that. Its german here, so I'm not sure, what it is in english. in german, it is:"Mircosoft HTML Help Compliler funktioniert nichtmehr")
There is only one button, to shut down Microsoft HTML Help Compiler. After I click at the button, there is another error. This time from Word-2-CHM Converter:
Access violation at address 4531E6F0 in module 'ffh.dhl'. Read of address 00000034.
