10-26-2011, 9:14 AM cssc101.5 Joined on 10-26-2011 Posts 2 Buiild Index from Word Are there tips and tricks to having the W-2-W software build out index entries if an MS Word index exists in the document? Does it matter where the Index is placed in the MS Word [2007] document?  Is there a conflict if it is in a section header titled "Index"? I built out from a docx, and all seems fine, except the index.    Report
