Unfortunately, chm readers display them in Western languages.
So, CHM-2-Word and CHM-2-HTML do not display them correctly, either.
The encode of the files output by CHM-2-HTML can be changed to unicode
using the IE's encoding option.
However, CHM-2-Word cannot.
So, I'd require both programs to have the function to change encoding before output.
This function is essential to me.
The reason why I bought those programs is that my comparison of many similar programs showed that they are definitely the best programs. So, you are No.1.

Problem with converter - NO Images

Ok I am seriously considering purchasing this tool have tried many others.

Everything seemed fine except that all of the images in the file were significantly larger (1.5 - 2x).

What's the best way to fix this?

I converted it without checks in any of the four Options checkboxes.
