"Search" tab only goes to top level headings
Hello, me again. Thank you very much for your excellent support so far, I have nearly completed my help project.
When I click on the Search tab in my finished CHM file and search for a word, the results only show the level 2 of the tree (which in my file are the main chapter headings - level 1 divides the document into a tutorial and a ...

Re: error message: HH_HELP_CONTEXT called without a MAP section
Thank you, that fixed the problem.

and a page cross-ref to the same bookmark looks like this:
{ PAGEREF _Ref149377976 \h }
Word-2-CHM converts the first ...

Cross references using "pageref".
Hello, I am trying to convert a word doc which uses cross references to page numbers (Word fieldname ''Pageref''). I can't get word-2-chm to convert these to hyperlinks, it only seems to convert cross references to section numbers or headings. Is there a way round this?
